About Skeet
Mr. Frazee brings a distinctive combination of legal, business, and construction experience. Drawing on more than a decade as a real estate investor, property manager, licensed general contractor, and business owner, Mr. Frazee brings firsthand understanding of the practical, financial, and interpersonal dynamics that underlie many legal disputes.
His practice focuses on real estate transactions and civil litigation. Before entering private practice, Mr. Frazee served as an attorney with the San Diego County Counsel’s Office, where he advised on real estate transactions, public contracts, land use issues, and First Amendment matters.
Mr. Frazee is a 4th generation San Diegan and father of three girls. He is active in men’s leadership work and cherishes time in nature.
