Caroline Spaeth

Caroline Spaeth joined Dillon Miller Ahuja & Boss, LLP as a law clerk in 2026. Ms. Spaeth practices across multiple areas, including real estate, civil litigation, business law, and title insurance. Her experience spans both litigation and transactional work, with a focus on delivering practical, client-centered solutions.

While in law school, Ms. Spaeth served as a Senior Board Member of the San Diego Law Review and as an Executive Board Member and National Team Member of the USD Moot Court team. She competed twice at the national level in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court trademark law competition, where her team was awarded both Best Brief and First Place. Ms. Spaeth also earned a CALI Award for the highest grade in Corporate Tax.

Ms. Spaeth has gained hands-on experience through diverse legal roles. As a Summer Associate at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch LLP, she assisted with mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, and securities transactions. She has also clerked at Hoffman and Forde, where she drafted pleadings and motions in civil litigation matters involving real estate and trust disputes, and worked as a law clerk at the California Office of Tax Appeals. Most recently, Ms. Spaeth has represented entrepreneurs in entity formation, intellectual property protection, and financing matters through the USD Entrepreneurship Clinic.

In her free time, Ms. Spaeth enjoys skiing, snowboarding, yoga, and scuba diving.
