About Bobby

Bobby B. Ashrafi has represented title insurers, developers and individuals in real estate matters since 2007. He provides legal counsel in resolving lien problems, encroachment and boundary line disputes, easements and view restriction disputes, property tax issues, governmental regulations affecting real property, and title insurance claims in California, Mexico, and Central American countries. Mr. Ashrafi is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Ashrafi also has a robust litigation practice in California that focuses on real estate litigation, general business litigation, foreclosure and lender liability litigation, and insurance defense. He has represented property owners, lenders, developers, and title insurance companies in lawsuits from inception, through discovery and depositions, and trial.

Mr. Ashrafi began his legal career in 2007 as an associate at Latham & Watkins, LLP. He then joined Boss Law Firm, APLC, becoming a Partner in 2019. He is also a licensed California real estate broker.

Mr. Ashrafi earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley and his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from Pepperdine University. While attending law school, he worked as judicial extern for the Honorable S. James Otero, Central District of California, and as a Summer Associate at the law firms of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, LLP in New York and Uria Menendez in Spain.
